Snow is an adult female human who is a worker at the Monterey Animal Rescue Center in Monterey, California. She is also a former hippie during the 1960s, the current owner of Fluffy, and the former owner of Sammy and Vera. She only appeared in the flashback in A Turtle's Tale: Sammy's Adventures.
Appearance
Snow has brown eyes and dark-brown hair that's tied back by a gray claw clip. She also wears two gray rings, one on her middle finger and one on her thumb, and wears black round eyeglasses.
When she works at the Monterey Animal Rescue Center, she wears a white lab coat, a grayish-blue shirt, dark-blue pants, and grayish low heel shoes.
During her time as a hippie in the late 1960s, she wore a dark-pink blouse with yellow and pink flower designs, blue denim jeans with a purple patterned bandanna tied around her right leg, and brown flipflops. She even wore a brown patterned bandanna over her head and necklace with a light-blue pendant.
During Christmas 1969, she wore a red sweater with a black sleeveless vest with white trim.
Personality
Snow is a kind and gentle human who cares about animals and their environment. During her time as a hippie, she immediately took in Sammy after she and her fellow members of her community found him washed up on the shore of a beach one night and adopts him as a pet so she could nurse him back to health. Her love for animals is so strong that after her community was evicted from the beach by the police one night, she takes a job working at an animal rescue center at Monterey, California to continue looking after them by providing them with food, medical attention and other forms of care when they need it.
Relationships
Fluffy
Fluffy was Snow's beloved pet cat whom she rescued when she and her fellow hippies traveled to Paris, France in May 1968 and saved him in the Seine. Since then, Fluffy keeps Snow company during their many travels before they came across Sammy at a California beach in around 1969. Snow is unaware of Fluffy's jealousy towards Sammy after she rescued him, but she still loves him no matter what during Sammy's stay with them.
Sammy
In around 1969, Snow and her fellow hippies found and rescued Sammy after he was washed up on the shore of a Californian beach at night and they took him in as a pet. During Sammy's time with them, Snow cares very deeply for him and helps nurse him back to health when she noticed how skinny he was which develops a close bond between them. Snow even let Sammy inside her tent so he could listen to her reading Around the World in 80 Days one night. Snow's love for her pet is so strong that on Christmas 1969, she even painted a white peace symbol on Sammy's shell as both a Christmas present for him and so he could represent as a peace ambassador of the hippie community. When the hippie community was being evicted by the police and they left Sammy behind, because of Fluffy tricking Sammy to stay where he was due to his jealousy towards him, Snow wishes him a good life when the community all left the beach.
A couple of years later, Snow reunited with Sammy after he was picked up by her friends from Antarctica and brought him at the Monterey Animal Rescue Center to take care of him when he suffered from frostbite while traveling there. Upon meeting him again, Snow was delighted to see him and tells him that she was afraid he wouldn't make it after he was abandoned on the beach after all those years. After Snow places a tag on Sammy, she told him to find a mate as well as stay away from the cold water before saying goodbye to him again.
Vera
At around 1969, Snow found Vera and took her in as a pet in the hope Vera and Sammy would someday mate and have children of their own, unaware that Vera and Sammy only see each other as friends because of their age difference. Nevertheless, Snow shows respect for Vera when she and her fellow hippies found out that the two turtles weren't going to mate and she released her back to the ocean. According to Sammy, they thought the reason the two didn't want to mate is that "[the two turtles] had different karmas or auras".

Trivia
- In the Dutch version, her name is translated to Sneeuw.
- In the Polish version, her name is translated to Śnieżek.
- Snow knows neither Sammy's nor Vera's name.
- Originally, Snow was going to wear a different outfit during her time as a hippie.[1]
- Coincidentally, Snow's English voice actresses have the same first name in both the American and British dubs.
- Since Sammy was between ten-to-twenty years old when he reunited with Snow and he is currently over the age of fifty, it's unknown if she still works at the Monterey Animal Rescue Center after more than thirty years, or if she is even alive still.
- According to Fluffy, Snow and her hippie community have traveled a lot.
