Lulu: Before we go, you can see at the back of the class an ocean chimney César the squid so kindly left us. Of course, this one is not lit right now.
Ricky: Mr. Lulu, does the smoke come out from here?
Lulu: Yes, but be very careful, because the smoke would be very hot. (the students are about to touch the chimney) It's forbidden to touch.
Ricky: Oh. Hee hee!

(Babbles swims over and knocks the chimney into pieces. Outside, Lulu heard the chimney breaks)
Lulu: Huh?
(Glitz shoves Ricky out of the way)
Ricky: Hey!
Glitz: Oh, sorry. I didn't see you there.
Crudd: You gotta admit that you're pretty small. You should think about growing up one day.
(Babbles is heard chuckling behind Ricky and Ella)
Ricky: Except that was my place! So get behind me, you stingers.
(Ricky and Glitz did a stare-down at each other)
Ella: Hey, will you two stop it?
Lulu: What is all this commotion about?
(The Rockfish, Ricky, and Ella all look at Lulu. While they all swim to Lulu, Babbles places a rock from the chimney on Ricky's head)
Glitz: It's Ricky's fault. He pushed me.
Lulu: Ricky, you-- (notices something on Ricky's head) Huh? But what is it that you have there?
Student: Hey! The chimney is broken!
(Lulu angrily groans as he walks back inside the shell school)
Ricky: N-no! No, that wasn't me!
Lulu: Ricky, I am very disappointed. In that case, you are forbidden to come with us.
Ricky: That's not fair! They're the ones who put the rock in my flipper.
Ella: Mr. Lulu, Ricky's telling the truth. I saw them do it.
Glitz: I don't know what they're talking about.
(The Rockfish all talk at once)
Lulu: We'll see about all this later. All right, you others, let's get going.
(The students all swim away)
Glitz: Have a good day, Ricky.
(The Rockfish all swim away, laughing at Ricky and leaving him behind)

Ricky: (groans) Oh, I can't believe this. I didn't get to go 'cause of those dirty brats. Hmph.
Annabel: (to Ella and Pipo) And it was so funny when the chimney spit hot air right in my face and--
(Ricky swims to his friends)
Ella: Um, really, Ricky, you didn't miss anything special.
Pipo: Yeah, it was even more boring than one of Mr. Lulu's classes about buttercups.
Ricky: I couldn't care less anyway.
(The Rockfish arrive)
Glitz: Ohh, Ricky! It is such a shame you didn't get to come with us on the outing.
Babbles: You really missed out on something.
Glitz: It's just crazy, all there is to see outside of the reef. I even found some beautiful starfish sequins.
Babbles: Oh, boy! They look super-cool on you, too, Glitz!
Pipo: I think we've all heard enough about that. She hasn't stopped showing off to the whole reef since we got back.
Ricky: If you want my opinion, I think you look like an old, two-bit, glitter-faced jellyfish!
Glitz: Oh, well, sounds like you're just jealous. That's very nasty of you, Ricky. I'm gonna tell Mr. Lulu if you keep it up. (The Rockfish all laugh as they swim away) Ciao, flippers.
Ricky: Oh! (groans)
Ella: (places her flipper onto Ricky's shell) Hmm.
(Ricky sees the Rockfish all laughing)
Ricky: I'm not gonna let them get away with this, no way!
Ella: Stop making yourself sick over this, Ricky. You're giving them too much importance. The best you could do would be to move on to something else.
Ricky: (notices Glitz drops her starfish sequin when she and the Rockfish all swim away) Huh? Uh... you're right, Ella. Getting revenge would be useless. I need to prove that I'm smarter than those old scorpfish.
Ella: (hugs Ricky) I'm happy to hear you say that. (swims away) Okay. Well, have a good evening. See you tomorrow.
(Ricky swims to Glitz's starfish sequin)
Ricky: My dear Glitz, you just made a really big mistake. Heh heh heh heh. (At night, Ricky pushes a giant boulder and makes it fall onto the palaver tree) Whoa! Ohh. Hmm. (drops Glitz's starfish sequin next to the boulder)

Ella: Did you hear? The scorpfish broke the palaver tree.
Ricky: No! They really have no limits, do they?

Glitz: (to Sammy) But I'm telling you, I have no idea how my starfish got here. We have nothing to do with this.
Ricky: Is the tree completely broken?
Ella: They've really gone too far this time.
Sammy: This destruction is a total lack of respect for our reef and our community. You're going to have to repair the palaver tree.
Glitz: But that's not fair!
Sammy: And Mr. Crab is here to make sure you do the job correctly.
(Sammy swims away)
Glitz: We didn't do anything! Ohh!
(Ricky swims away)

Annabel: So, in fact, Glitz broke the palaver tree with her starfish sequins.
Ricky: Hey, aren't you sick of talking about the scorpfish? For once, we have a little peace and quiet.
Ella: It's just that... still, it seems so crazy what happened.
Ricky: Yeah, well, that's the way it is. The scorpfish were mean and they were punished. Serves them right. So now let's play.
(Pipo and Annabel both follow Ricky to the Playground)

(Pipo tosses the coin to Annabel)

(Annabel tosses the coin to Ella)
Ella: Oh! Hyah!
(Ella tosses the coin to Ricky)
Ricky: I got it! Ha ha ha!

Ricky: How's it goin'? Not too bored?
Glitz: Move aide, Ricky. You're polluting my field of vision.
Ricky: And why don't you move, then, huh? Oh, silly me. I forgot. You can't. 'Cause you're being punished.
Ella: (nudges Ricky) Stop it!
Ricky: Oh, come on.
Crudd: Huh?
(Glitz swims up to Ricky)
Glitz: I'm sure it's you who's behind all of this, shrimp. And I--
Ella: Let him go! (She swims up to save Ricky, but Glitz shoves her away. Ella bumps into Crudd and bumps into Mr. Crab) Aah!
(The tree structure suddenly falls down)
Glitz: I'm gonna become your worst nightmare, Ricky. (Ricky laughs when Mr. Crab grabs her) Aah!
Mr. Crab: Your behavior is unacceptable. Now get back work immediately.
School of fish: (swim past them) Uh-oh.
Ella: What did Glitz mean by that, Ricky? Did you have something to do with the destruction of the tree?
Ricky: Oh, of course not. Don't listen to her. Right, well, I gotta go. Have a good evening. See you tomorrow. (swims away to his home)
Ella: (suspiciously) Hmm.

Ricky: No! I'll explain everything!
(Nightmare begins, and it shows the villagers all angrily glare at Ricky)
Sammy: You lied to us, Ricky!
Ella: I thought you were my friend. But in fact, you're a liar!
Ray: (comforting a crying Rita) And a manipulator!
Ricky: No! No!
Ray: Your grandmother and I are so disappointed in you.
Rita: We don't want to see you anymore.
Sammy: Never come back again into the reef. You're excluded!
Ricky: No-o-o-o!
(Nightmare ends, making Ricky gasps after he wakes up)
Ricky: Huh? Ohh.
(Ricky swims to the palaver tree)

Glitz: Huh? I'm sorry, but for once, we're actually innocent. It shouldn't be our job to repair this... thing.
Crudd: What can we do? Especially with that crab watching over us.
Glitz: And yet it's simple. We're gonna get revenge on Ricky.
Crudd: Ha ha ha ha!
Babbles: Yeah, yeah.
(The tree structure falls down beneath the Rockfish)

Ella: Hey there. You look down. What's wrong?
Pipo: You didn't do your homework?
Annabel: Did you eat too much last night?
Ricky: No, no, it's nothing to do with that. Listen. I'm the one who broke the palaver tree. (Ricky's friends all gasp) But it's the stingers' fault. They're the ones who started it. I didn't know it would go so far.
Ella: That's not good at all, what you did. You were wrong.
Pipo: Well, don't beat yourself up over it. There's still time to make up for it.
Ella: Yeah. All we have to do is tell the truth about what happened.
Ricky: It's too late to admit everything now. Everyone will come down on me. What will Ray and Rita say? It's gonna be horrible.
Ella: Sammy will listen to you, I'm sure. But we can't let the scorpfish repair everything. It's not fair.
Annabel: Yeah! There's no reason why they should get to have all the fun by themselves.
(The kids all laugh)
Ricky: You're right. I'm gonna go help them repair the palaver tree right away.

(Babbles places rocks near Glitz's fins)
Glitz: Aah! Help! Help! Help!
Babbles: (to Mr. Crab) Glitz is struck under the rocks! Quick, you gotta go find help! (Mr. Crab walks away. Then, Ricky arrives) Uh-oh.
Ricky: Glitz!
Glitz: What are you doing here already? Ow! It hurts so bad! Just leave me here, Ricky. It's too late. Uhh. You know, it wasn't me who broke the tree. (Babbles and Crudd both chuckle) You have to believe me.
Ricky: Oh, I know, Glitz, and I'm sorry. All this is my fault. If I hadn't wanted to get revenge by breaking the palaver tree, none of this would've ever happened.
Glitz: (swims out of the fallen tree structure) Aha! I knew it! You two, hold on to him while I go tell Sammy everything. (Babbles and Crudd hold onto Ricky's flippers) I can't wait to hear what he thinks about all of this. (swims away)
Ricky: (lets go of his flippers, freeing himself) Yah!
(Ricky follows Glitz, and Babbles and Crudd both follow him too)

Glitz: (to two fish) You haven't seen Sammy, have you?
(The two fish swim away, but Glitz searches for other villagers to ask where Sammy is)
Ricky: No, no, no. Sammy can't find out the truth like this.
(Ricky, Babbles, and Crudd all swim past Mr. Crab)
Mr. Crab: Hey, what about your punishment?
Glitz: Huh?
(Babbles and Crudd both block Ricky's way)
Crudd: It's a dead-end!
Mr. Crab: The race is over for you two. (grabs both Babbles and Crudd, causing them to scream)
(Sammy and Ray both arrive)
Sammy: What's going on? What's all this commotion about?
Ricky: Sammy, can I have a word with you?
(Mr. Crab groans)

Glitz: Sammy! Ohh, I can't believe this. He's never there when you really need him, that one. (sees the villagers and Sammy near the tree) Ha ha ha ha! Finally, there you are, Sammy. I gotta tell you--
Ricky: That's why I'm asking you all for your forgiveness, for having lied to you and for having destroyed the tree. And I especially ask forgiveness to the scorpfish who were unjustly accused because of me.
Villager: We're sorry as well. Please forgive us.
Sammy: I heard you were looking for me, Glitz? Is there something you wanted to tell me?
Glitz: Uh, I don't know. No, I, uh-- Well, see you later.
(The Rockfish all swim away)
Sammy: Hmm.
(Later at dawn, Ricky is about to repair the tree)
Ray: I'm proud of you, kid. It takes a whole lot of courage to confess one's mistakes.
Sammy: I hope that you now understand that vengeance is never a good idea. Now you must repair what you did.
Ricky: Right away. But still, isn't it unfair that the stingers weren't punished for anything?
(Lulu arrives)
Lulu: While I was cleaning up the classroom, I found a scorpfish dorsal thorn in the rubble of the broken chimney. Now I know what really happened at school, and I'm sorry for having unjustly deprived you of going on the outing.
Sammy: The scorpfish were actually punished in the end. All right, now, it's your turn. Plus, I have the impression you have some help waiting for you. (points up)
Ricky: Huh?
(Ricky looks up and sees his friends all arrive to help him. The kids all laugh in happiness, while Sammy and Ray both sigh)
